What is the output voltage of my 1992 Accord’s cigarette lighter?

I have an old old 1992 Accord that i use for my basic transportation, and I want to plug my laptop into it’s cigarette lighter but am unsure that my car has enough voltage. The first person to give a me the answer to how much V O L T A G E is outputed will get the 10 points. Thanks in Advance.
It would also be helpful to know the amount of amps, if you happen to know.
