Turn Negative Habits into Positive Habits
The problem comes when you get used to doing things that turn out to be negative for either their health or wellbeing and you enjoy it. Your mind remembers that the enjoyment and want to recreate as often as possible.
The good news is that we are not powerless against the negative habits. Change
addiction to drugs and alcohol can have on operations.
However, you can change the negative habits such as gossiping, playing victim, the excessive creation of theater that is always late and are just a few that you might recognize.
The first step is awareness. Unconsciously notice when entering any of the negative habits. Put down without warning for not being perfect. Awareness of the habit and its effects will be unbiased only one observation.
This approach helps to remove the juice that comes from negative habits.
You might have to see the negative effects caused by these negative habits for a while before deciding to change really seriously.
Osho, the tantric master who brought the Tantra to the West, told one of his students who asked how to dispose of a cigarette habit, beginning to smoke each cigarette consciously. Say something that suggested itself for this purpose:
“I am now lighting cigarettes and the smoke is going to hurt my lungs and reduce oxygen my body could use for optimal health. ”
His student told him that next week every time they started smoking was only two puffs of smoke and then through the cigarettes away. On the 5th day he no longer smoked.
Interesting? Consciousness seems to be the cure for many negative habits.
Take another example. Imagine you are chatting with your friend of a mutual friend. You can start on a positive note, and of them, unconsciously, you may slip in some negative comments about her … ..
Talking bad about someone else gives you the illusion that you are better. You can be within gloating, but to hide because they know that is not shown to do so.
When you see this self-deception, please be glad that you notice it. If you are embarrassed or angry about it will not have the energy for change.
When ready, you can start to change using the following approach. It works well for me and many of my clients.
This is what we could do about it:
Be aware of how your memory a longing in the body to re-create the negative habit
Take a few deep breaths and accept the fact that this desire is what invites repeat stay vigilant

Then change the mode of choice for adults, and even learn from their habit of something negative about you,
for example, as the case may see that your self-esteem must come from within you, not from the comparisons, however subtle
When ready for final release of the longing of that habit with deep breathing and relaxed feeling of freedom that this brings.
As a good mother when your baby breaks something that you accept that babies only break things and clean up the mess. After patiently teaches his son how to keep things from breaking things in the future.

The attitude of acceptance that human beings have both negative and positive trends is the cure.
