I usually smoke between 3-5 cigarettes a day, and I would be fine if I could just control the cravings.

    having a couple smokes a day isn’t AS BAD as smoking a pack a day obviously…regardless, it’s still bad…nicotine is an addiction, just like cocaine or heroine

    there’s always going to be a part of you that wants to have a smoke..when you get a craving chew some gum, or perhaps pick your teeth with a toothpick…anything to get your mind off it!

    I eat sunflower seeds at work bc I cant smoke, I mean I still do, but tha sunflower seeds help me to not crave them while at work.. Maybe it’ll work for u!
