My roommate smokes. How do I block cigarette smoke from invading my bedroom?

I’ve been looking into the twin draft guard and foam gasket tape for my bedroom door. Is this sufficient? Are door sweeps more effective? I already have an air filter in my bedroom but I still wake up at 4 AM to the smell of cigarette smoke. Any ideas I haven’t thought of?
I moved in with the understanding that they are only allowed to smoke inside after 9 PM as it is too cold outside. I’m not really in a position to make any demands after moving in with that understanding.

Move, find another place. You’ll never find it easy to stay where you are uncomfortable.

Cigarette smoke lingers in the air and in any porous surface for long time.
