How much is a carton of cigarettes in Delaware?
I am coming from jersey and am not looking to go too deep into Delaware but I was wondering where I can find the cheapest carton of cigarettes. Does anyone sell them for about 15 - 20 a carton? Going to be looking for camel’s most likely. Or any good not so popular brand names? Thanks guys

The absolute cheapest I know of any more is about 30 bucks a carton. Last year a new tax was imposed. Until then I was paying 26 bucks a carton.
There are several tobacco outlets on 202, not far into DE on 95.
