Nicotine doesn’t cause any diseases actually. It can cause increased heart rate and higher blood pressure. But all in all, nicotine by itself isn’t much worse than caffene.

That’s where the nicotine is stored, you can just fill it back up with bottled liquid when it runs low. OR you can just drip directly on the atomizer.
And yes you can mix it with glycerin if you want, it will make the liquid thicker, slightly sweeter and will create a bit more vapor. Check out the website as we’ve come a LONG way since this video. All kinds of info to get you going :) Glad that video helped!
