Difficulty to stop smoking

I need help in quitting. Mo go around to help my FB to stop smoking. ? l really want and what not. We just don ‘t know about to go get it to stop. Nearly all his friends and smoke it as’ the familys really difficult? Easily toL stop. If anyone has any advice that would be great. Thank you.

    I suggest checking out Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) at EmoFree.com. Gary Craig provides a free basic manual. Or check out Carol Look who sells a book titled “Quit Smoking Now with Energy Therapy” at CarolLook.com.

    These techniques require time and effort on your part and your bf’s part to learn and persistence in applying the techniques. The success rate is fairly high but not 100%.
