How do you get rid of cigarette smoke if it’s on your insulation?

I have a friend that moved in a house, and they don’t like the smell of cigarette smoke. They think that it is in their vents, and possibly on their insulation, in their walls, etc. Is there an inexpensive and non destructive way to get rid of it, they’re also vegan…. Thanks!

What would you use to seal a cigarette back up?

If i took a razor blade and took out the tobacco in a cigarette and replace it wit marijuana what would i use to seal the cigarette back up but still be able to use the filter from the cigarette.
