To quit smoking is possible only by reducing the acidity of our body. This increases our body acidty: 1) Lack of Faith: If we do a careful research we shall see that people who have faith and perform their prayers in Islamic countries, almost no smoke at all. Praying throws the negative feelings of the human brain, keeps you from yourself and avoid nervousness, stress causes the body’s acidity.

I read through the whole write-up and I agree with every word he says. His method will work since it is only a healthy body that can lead to a healthy mind. The steps are: eat healthy and build up a good body while you reduce smoking gradually and then will come a time when with a healthy body, you will have healthy thoughts which will make you see the uselessness of smoking and give it up for ever without any feelings of regret.
