Stop Smoking Help

I mean, who wants to be outside when it’s 5 degress? Let alone smoke when it’s so cold. Your hands begin to freeze, and your whole body start to go numb. I guess you could smoke inside, but I threw that out as a major rule of quitting a long time ago. If I’m going to smoke, I have to do it outside, regardless of the conditions.

Failure, again. I did smoke some lately. However, and a big however, is that I did go to two different night club locations, had drinks, and did not smoke. I thought about it, sure, but I didn’t smoke.
